Services Overview

Therapy for High-Achieving Adults Seeking Steady, Meaningful Change

Wayfinding Therapy provides individual therapy for adults and professionals who are capable, thoughtful, and often quietly exhausted. This work is trauma-informed, grounded, and paced with care—supporting emotional depth, nervous-system regulation, and day-to-day functioning.

Individual Therapy

Therapy for anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and long-standing patterns shaped by early responsibility or chronic stress. Sessions are collaborative and reflective, with a focus on building steadiness, insight, and self-trust over time.

Trauma-Informed Therapy & EMDR

For clients who want to address the deeper roots of distress, trauma-informed therapy and EMDR help reduce the emotional intensity of past experiences that continue to affect the present. Work is carefully paced, with preparation, consent, and safety prioritized.

Extended Sessions & EMDR Intensives

Some clients benefit from longer or more focused sessions. Extended sessions and EMDR intensives offer uninterrupted time for deeper processing and integration when clinically appropriate.

Who I Work With

Clients often seek therapy for support with:

  • Chronic stress, overwhelm, or high-functioning burnout

  • Anxiety, worry, and overthinking

  • People pleasing, over-responsibility, or perfectionism

  • Leadership stress and workplace challenges

  • Identity, values, and professional life balance

  • Feeling different or socially isolated

  • Long-standing patterns from family or childhood

  • Competitiveness or pressure in male-dominated fields

  • Early career transitions and role uncertainty

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many clients begin therapy to slow down, gain clarity, and build steadier ways of responding to stress and internal pressure
